Why testosterone enanthate review Did I Receive a Bill from PBM?

You may have questions about a bill that you received from PBM. You may wonder why you have received a bill at all, or why your insurance company hasn’t paid for all of it, or why it may have taken so long to get to you. We want you to fully understand our billing procedures. It is customary for pathologists to bill separately from physicians in much the same way as hospitals and doctors do. You may not have been aware of the pathology services, but they play an important role in the diagnosis and ultimate treatment of your condition. In addition, coverage and co-pays may vary from one insurance plan to another. We are happy to process these claims for you, but because most insurance companies typically take 60 days or more to respond, and because they may need additional information beyond that, this can often result in significant delays.

We are always happy to assist you in obtaining maximum and correct insurance benefits. However, payment of all remaining balances is due upon invoice. Payment may be made by check, credit card, debit card or electronic check. Click on the payment tab on this site. Please call or email if we can help in any way.
